Our journey began when we discovered mold in our newly built home—an experience that quickly turned into a frustrating and expensive ordeal. We encountered few service providers, sky-high prices, and far too many unanswered calls.
That experience inspired us to create something better.

What does the lab test for?
We use a modern, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory to analyze all of our air and surface samples. This means the lab follows strict international standards to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Each report includes a clear summary of what's in the air or on surfaces, checking for over 100 types of mold and other particles, such as:

We use our experience and attention to detail to inspect every corner of your home or business, identifying potential high-risk areas for mold. This inspection includes the use of thermal imaging technology, as well as temperature and humidity measurements in each space, combined with industry-proven methods to detect signs of water intrusion—a leading cause of mold growth. We’ll perform a detailed walkthrough of the property, and based on our findings, we’ll recommend specific areas for air sampling or surface swab testing. After the inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive report with photos, thermal scans, and notes highlighting any areas of concern, giving you a clear path forward for you to make the right decision.
